Tararua All Breeds is a dog training company, I successfully transformed their initial website from a conventional online brochure appearance to a responsive, aesthetically pleasing, and SEO-optimized platform. The revamped site boasts enhanced functionality, including user-friendly features such as class registration, membership subscription, seamless communication with instructors through WhatsApp, and an exclusive members-only section.

I implemented a delivery system for their food with a plugin called Orderable. I then figured out how we could hook it up to their receipt printer so that whenever an order came through, it would automatically print out the order. I redesigned their website to be engaging and intuitive to use.

As the team leader for our university capstone project, I coordinated the development of a Learning Management System (LMS) featuring a built-in music player. I set up a GitHub repository for version control, a Jira board for task management, and a Discord server to keep our sponsor and supervisor informed. Weekly Zoom meetings with our sponsor ensured alignment, and I created a comprehensive task list, dividing responsibilities and setting deadlines with task ETAs. I managed the "Settings" section by reviewing features, delegating tasks, and integrating them into our timeline while overseeing the music player's design and functionality. Despite setbacks, such as a teammate becoming unresponsive, I addressed issues directly, maintained accountability, and kept the project on track. This experience sharpened my leadership and collaboration skills, resulting in the successful delivery of a functional LMS with an integrated music player.
